MAINTENANCE SERVICES

When you own a property in Crete but are not on the island all

year round, it is important to have the interior and exterior of your
home maintained. This ensures that no damage, breakages, leaks
or any other hidden surprises occur prior to your arrival for your
precious holiday. Kreta Eiendom can offer plumbers, electricians,
carpenters and handymen for any small repairs and fixes that may
arise.

If you would like more consistent maintenance for your property,
we can make a yearly plan with regular visits and updates for your

home. Please contact us for a customised maintenance plan.

Cleaning and laundry services
We can clean your home as required and prepare it for you and/

or your guests both prior to arrival and during your stay. We also
provide laundry services with delivery. For more information,
please refer to pages 18-20.

Property Status Reports

We visit the property and give a full report on its condition
throughout, inside and outside. We produce an inventory
including furniture, appliances, water, and electricity meters etc.
We report on any problems or damages and provide suggestions
for improvement. Prices start from 120€.

Security systems

We can install alarm systems, secure key holders, fire extinguishers
and safe boxes etc.

Telephone and internet applications

We can assist you with the process of obtaining a telephone line and
internet services without you going through all the bureaucracy
of the local offices and telecommunication companies. Prices
start from 45€.

Worldwide television, antenna, broadband streaming connection

We can make the process of installing international channels fast
and easy so you can enjoy all of your content.
