Modern complex with 8 individual villas

This is a modern complex that was established in 2010 in the traditional village Skoutelonas of Kolimbari. The complex consists of eight (8) beautiful individual villas, built on two levels and located in a unique environment.

Each villa of the complex is 100 sq.m with two (2) floors and it can accommodate up to 6 people. The first floor consists of one (1) bedroom with two (2) single beds, one (1) bathroom with shower, the kitchen of the villa and a big space living room. Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and cooking utensils including a table and chairs. The living room of the villa is a modern, cozy designed space since its decoration was made giving great attention to details so as a warm and relaxing atmosphere is created. It includes a dining table with chairs, two (2) comfortable sofas, a small coffee table and a modern Plasma TV with CD / DVD. So, the tenant can relax all day enjoying the movie or the music of his choice. On the second floor of each villa, there are two (2) bedrooms and a large bathroom with bathtub. One bedroom has two (2) single beds while the other has one (1) double bed. All floors of each villa are surrounded by terraces and spacious balconies which offer spectacular views of the garden or the swimming pool. The guests can admire the wild beauty of nature and enjoy the tranquility that it offers relaxing on the comfortable chairs of their balcony. In every house, there is a small garden richly decorated with fragrant roses and beautiful bougainvillea, like in an ordinary cottage. Each villa has its own private pool where the resident can swim or rest in one of the lounge chairs safe from prying eyes. The complex was created for those who wish to have their own personal space and all the necessary amenities ensuring the absolute tranquility and relaxation during their holidays.
