This luxury and traditional villa is located in the pretty village of Maroulas in the prefecture of Rethymno. This beautifully decorated, 220 square metre villa situated on a plot of the same size, has three bedrooms & four bathrooms, is fully air-conditioned and sleeps up to 6 people.

The ground floor has a living room with fireplace and ample seating facilities, a dining area & fully equipped kitchen with island and bar chairs. There is also a bathroom situated next to the living room.

The first floor has two attractive wooden-floored bedrooms, each with king sized bed and comfortably furnished in traditional style and with breath taking views of the Aegean Sea. The main bedroom has a handsome marble fireplace. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, one with whirlpool bath & one with whirlpool bath & steam shower. There are also two utility rooms.

The second floor of the Villa has a third bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom with whirlpool bath. This bedroom leads out to the villa’s magnificent terrace which has a beautiful mini pool with Jacuzzi and views overlooking the beach of Rethymno and the whole village of Maroulas. There is a beautiful pergola, BBQ and comfortable deck furniture for relaxing days al fresco.

A traditional staircase connects all floors and there is also a unique lift.

The 800 year old village of Maroulas, situated at an altitude of 300 metres, is built around an ancient olive press and has many interesting alleyways to explore, as well as amazing views stretching to the town of Rethymno.
