PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
From its founding, the company utterly acknowledges and respects the significance of personal data, which it processes and handles, within its activity framework, while the protection of this constitutes a high priority and a primary purpose.

Within this context, the company has developed and practices the Data Protection Policy, as well as any other necessary policy and procedure, in compliance with the demands of the General Data Protection Regulation (EE)2016/679 for the protection of the natural person against the processing of personal data and the open circulation of this data (GDPR), of the national implementing law (N.4624/2019) and the national, European legislation and regulatory framework in force, in general, regarding the protection of personal data, as applicable.

Every policy and procedure the Company has embraced applies to every processing of personal data from the Company, including the personal data of its employees, clients, affiliates and every other natural person associated with the Company (“subjects to the data”).

The processing of personal data, by the company, is conducted lawfully and legitimately, only for the predefined, explicit and lawful purposes, in a way which ensures the appro-priate protection and confidentiality, with an assessment of risks and the possibility of their occurrence, as well as their results. The Company furthermore guarantees that it collects only the utterly mandatory personal data, which is precise and updated when deemed essential while taking all the neces-
sary organizational and technical measures, using the most contemporary and advancedmethods, to ensure the maximum possible security.

The Company attends to reviewing the policies and procedures it follows regarding the protection of the personal data it collects and processes, regularly, to achieve and ensure the greatest possible protection and security of the subjects’ data.
