Karoti Village is situated on the northern coast of Crete, between Chania and Rethymno, about 15 km from Rethymno, and 50 km from Chania. The long, sandy beach is only 2 km away.
Karoti Pano lies in an exceptional location, just 100 meters from the Karoti Village, and from there you can enjoy a magnificent view to the sea and to the mountains around it. The houses are surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. The long sandy beach of Episkopi is only 2 km away.
The architectural design of the complex is based on the concept of building by combining both privacy and connection. The small external gardens, the patios, and the terraces are in harmony with the central space surrounding a large swimming pool, with common access and entrance to the development.
Karoti Residence consists of 24 houses ranging between 52m² to 123m² in surface area. There is a shared 137m² swimming pool and five houses can be delivered with private pools. Each house has a private terrace and/or garden. Some of the houses have private parking spaces.
Each house is equipped with the built-in dishwasher, ceramic stove, cooker hood, refrigerator, freezer, and washing machine. The living rooms, kitchens, and bathrooms have electric underfloor heating. Air conditioners are installed in all the bedrooms.

Karoti Village is situated on the northern coast of Crete, between Chania and Rethymno, at a distance of approx. 15 km to Rethymno, and 50 km to Chania.
Karoti Village is a small, charming village. The locals in Karoti, like everywhere else in Crete, are very friendly and hospitable, making life for themselves and for their visitors as pleasant as possible.
Karoti is located almost in the middle of Crete, making it easy for you to visit most of the sights on the island. 2 km from the development is a wonderful, long sandy beach that stretches all the way to Rethymno. The beach is very well organized with beach umbrellas, sunbeds, showers, and beach bars. You can enjoy the clean waters, the sun, and the blue sky, away from the busy touristy areas.
Episkopi is a village situated 2 km from the development. It is the commercial centre of the area, with many facilities such as mini markets, pharmacies, taverns, restaurants, bakeries, petrol stations, etc.
Georgioupolis, a popular vacation spot, is situated 8 km away. Until the 90s it was just a small fishing village, but over the past years 15 years, Georgioupolis has been transformed into a popular holiday destination, without losing its original charm and tranquility. Old eucalyptus trees, a small river that flows into the sea, and a picturesque harbour with small fishing boats create a distinctive and unique atmosphere.
Kournas Lake, the only lake in Crete, is located 8 km from Karoti. The lake is amidst a beautiful setting in the countryside, in a valley between the hills. Kournas Lake is the ideal place for an afternoon stroll, day trip, or picnic. The scenery is beautiful and relaxing; you can go for a walk in the countryside, take a swim, or rent a pedalo on the lake.
