If you have a dream of having your own private villa, the first step will be to find the right plot. Kreta Eiendom offers a lot of very attractive plots for private villas.

FOR THE DESIGN OF YOUR HOUSE YOU HAVE SEVERAL OPTIONS:

First we offer a lot of pre-designed houses with detailed drawings you can choose from our catalogue. We can build this house for you either on one of our plots of land or on your own plot of land.

Next you can choose to have your own house designed according to your wishes. Again, this can be built on one of our plots or on your own plot of land. In this case a meeting will be arranged between you and the architect. Your ideal home can be designed, based upon your preferences regarding location, architecture, standards and price.

Once you have decided on your house, Kreta Eiendom will prepare the Construction Contract, with a fixed price for your house, ready for you to put the key in the door. We will handle all the legal requirements relating to completion of the house.

We can also assist you with financial issues related to your Cretan home. Total price per m2 for a family home, including swimming pool, ready to move into: from Euro 1450 per m2.

 
 THE AGREED CONSTRUCTION COST INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:
    • The first preliminary meeting with the architect.
    • All the construction materials, excavation, foundations and construction of the villa.
    • Project management.
    • Payment of wages and Social Security Contributions ( IKA ) of the workers.
    • VAT.

In accordance with the contract, we will provide you with a detailed building description and regular progress reports. You will have access to the reports with updated pictures during the whole construction period through a separate web site.
  
The construction cost does not include the connection fee for connection of the villa to the public water supply, electrical supply or telephone provider. Kreta Eiendom offers a fixed price for the Architectural Study as well as for the process of obtaining the Building License. Our standard delivery time for a private villa is about 12 months from the day the Building Permit is granted.
